↳ Group similar ideas on a board.
Vulnerability Building (20 minutes)
Activity: Personal Histories Exercise (adapted from Patrick Lencioni's The Five Dysfunctions of a Team)
↳ In small groups, each person answers:
Where did you grow up?
What was a challenging experience you faced growing up?
Who was a role model in your life and why?
Commitment to Trust (20 minutes)
Activity: Trust Agreements
↳ Ask participants to brainstorm actionable ways to build trust within the team. Examples:
"Be honest, even when it’s hard."
"Follow through on commitments."

↳ Consolidate these into a "Team Trust Code."
Closing and Reflection (10 minutes)
Activity: Trust Pledges
↳ Each participant shares one personal commitment to building trust within the team.
↳ Example: “I will communicate openly about deadlines.”
