What is it?
This workshop is a practical, team-based session that helps you apply strategic thinking to your everyday work. Based on Patrick Bet-David’s Five Moves framework, it gives you tools to make better decisions, align as a team, and plan your next smart move—individually and together.
Why is it useful?
This workshop gives us a simple framework to think more strategically—about your role, your decisions, and how we work as a team. It helps you focus on what matters most, make smarter choices, and plan ahead instead of reacting. When we think a few steps ahead—together—we perform better, grow faster, and make a bigger impact.
