Action Learning
Action Learning is a structured process where a small group (called a "set") works on real problems while learning from the experience of doing so. Each member brings a genuine challenge they are facing. The group asks questions to help the problem holder think more deeply, rather than jumping to advice. Between sessions, members take action on their challenges and report back.
