How the GRPI Model Workshop Works
A step-by-step breakdown of the workshop process
1Introduction
In the introduction, the GRPI Model is briefly explained, outlining its four layers: Goals, Roles, Processes, and Interpersonal Relationships. Participants are encouraged to engage in open communication throughout the workshop.
2Step 1: Goals
During this step, participants discuss the team's primary mission and key goals for the upcoming quarter. They work in small groups to align on the top three goals and come together to finalize and agree on these objectives.
3Step 2: Roles
Participants engage in an exercise to clarify individual roles and responsibilities within the team. Through sharing and discussion, they identify overlaps and gaps, leading to a documented summary that ensures everyone understands their contributions to the team.
