Shift & Share is a rapid knowledge-sharing technique where a handful of people set up "stations" and simultaneously present their innovations, practices, or ideas to small groups. After a timed presentation at each station, the groups rotate to the next one. Everyone hears every presenter, but in an intimate small-group setting rather than sitting through a long series of plenary talks.
