How the Troika Consulting Workshop Works
A step-by-step breakdown of the workshop process
1Step 1: Form Trios and Set the Frame
Participants form groups of three and learn about the structure of the session. The importance of turning away is emphasized to enhance listening and discussion.
2Step 2: Round 1 - First Client
The first client shares their challenge while the consultants ask clarifying questions. The client then turns away to listen as the consultants discuss insights and ideas.
3Step 3: Round 2 - Second Client
The second participant takes their turn as the client, following the same structure. The group is typically more comfortable, leading to improved insights.
4Step 4: Round 3 - Third Client
The final participant shares their challenge. The facilitator reassures that everyday problems are valid, encouraging all clients to participate fully.
