New workshops for a team coming through change
The last week of Pro at $156 per year. Next week it rises to $187, for good.
A reorg lands. The team absorbs it and carries on.
A brutal project finally ships. The next one starts on Monday.
A hard year ends, and nobody so much as marks it before the new targets arrive.
Teams don't stop. They take on whatever happens and roll straight into what is next, because there is always a next and stopping feels like a luxury nobody can afford.
So a team never resets. It keeps going on assumptions and habits it set a long time ago, under conditions that have since changed.
Here is what that costs.
A change goes through and nobody makes sense of it together, so people are left guessing at the new normal and unsure where they stand.
A project ends and the team moves straight on, so the same mistakes get made again next time and the lessons evaporate.
The way the team works never gets a second look, so old meetings and stale habits pile up and slow everything down.
And the wins go unmarked, one after another, until people stop feeling that any of it mattered and the energy drains.
That is what the last four workshops in the Team Toolkit are built to fix. Each one makes a team stop, briefly and on purpose, to do the resetting it would otherwise skip.
And that completes it. Three weeks ago the Team Toolkit started rolling out.
Today it is finished: sixteen complete, ready-to-run workshops across the whole life of a team.
Six Forming for brand new teams. Six Strengthening for established ones. And these four, Renewing, for teams coming through change.
Here are the four.
Realigning After Change

After a reorg, a new leader or a merger, teams usually carry on as if nothing happened, while privately feeling unsettled and unclear about where they now stand. Purpose goes fuzzy and energy leaks into worrying about things nobody can control. This gives a team the reset it skipped: making sense of what has changed, separating what it can control from what it cannot, and agreeing who it is now and what it is here to do.
Team Retrospective

When a team never looks back, it repeats the same mistakes and lets its best moments slip past unnoticed. A retrospective builds in the pause: a blameless, honest look at what happened over a project or a quarter, why it went the way it did, and the few concrete changes worth making next, each with an owner. It is how a team gets better on purpose instead of just busier.
Ways of Working Refresh

Meetings that once helped linger long after their purpose has gone, habits form that nobody chose, and processes built for a situation that no longer exists outstay their welcome. This is a review and a reset, not a blank sheet: the team looks at how it works now and decides together what to protect, what to drop and what to reinvent, so how it works fits the team it has become.
Recognition and Celebration

Teams push from one deadline to the next and never stop to acknowledge what they have achieved or thank the people who made it happen. Over time that wears people down. Recognition is not a soft extra, it is what refills the tank. This makes space to mark the wins and the hard things a team got through, to give each other specific and genuine appreciation, and to build a habit of it that does not wait for a special occasion.
This is the last week at $156 per year
- Every workshop in the Team Toolkit, all sixteen, sits inside Pro membership, alongside every technique in the library. That is 334 consultant-grade frameworks in total, with more added every week.
- Now the toolkit is complete, the price goes up. Pro is $156 a year today, or the equivalent in your local currency. From next week it rises 20%, to $187.
- Join before then and your rate is locked for as long as you stay a member. The rise never touches you. The next time I write to you, Pro will cost more.
That completes the Team Toolkit: sixteen workshops that cover a team from its first week to its hardest change.
If you have been waiting for the full set before joining, this is it. Pro holds at $156 until next week, then rises to $187 for good.
